How To Return Your Elite Hair Topper
Please Read Carefully For Return Information
I hope you absolutely love your new hair topper, but if you don't for any reason, you can return it within 72 hours of receipt of the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in original condition (i.e. uncut, unwashed). If any alteration or damage has occurred to the product, returns will not be accepted.

Custom orders (i.e. custom lengths, bases and colors) are non-refundable due to the uniqueness of these items.
Customers must provide a tracking number to Elite Hair Toppers within 72 hours of receipt of item(s) for all returns. We feel that during this time period, you will know if you love your topper. If the returned item is not shipped and a valid tracking number is not provided within this 72 hour period, returns will not be accepted.
